Occupational Therapist

Latisha is passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing and build more meaningful, fulfilling lives. She has experience in private practice supporting people with a wide range of mental health presentations and life experiences.
Her approach is grounded in genuine connection, curiosity and authenticity, creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change. She draws on evidence-based approaches including sensory modulation, DBT, CBT, ACT, schema therapy, routine management and life skills development, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique strengths, experiences and goals.
Latisha has a particular interest in women’s mental health, especially during the perinatal period, and in how life transitions and challenges shape mental health, identity and participation in meaningful occupations. In 2027, she will begin a PhD in perinatal mental health.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to helping people reconnect with themselves, navigate life’s challenges and build a life aligned with their values.
