Tylor Mollard

Occupational Therapist
Media_edited.jpg

Tylor has been working within the NDIS and private practice since 2023. As a neurodivergent mother, she brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work, valuing the unique experiences, strengths and stories that each person brings.

Tylor believes therapy should be a collaborative space where people feel genuinely seen, heard and understood. She works alongside individuals with curiosity and compassion, supporting them to deepen their understanding of themselves, reconnect with what matters most, and build practical strategies that support lasting wellbeing.

Her approach is grounded in neuro-affirming practice and focuses on creating a life that feels authentic, balanced and meaningful through greater self-understanding, meaningful occupations, and exploring sensory preferences, emotional needs and daily routines.

She has experience supporting autistic and ADHD individuals, PDAers, and people experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Tylor enjoys working alongside the neurodivergent community and is passionate about recognising each person's strengths, rather than focusing on deficits. She also has a growing interest in perinatal mental health and is committed to continuing her learning in supporting new mothers and families.

Outside of work, Tylor enjoys painting, reading, bouldering, playing volleyball, spending time in nature, and exploring new interests. While these hobbies keep her grounded, she admits they're always evolving, so ask her again in a month's time and see what else she might be up to!
