
Hannah McCulloch
Occupational Therapist

Hannah studied Occupational Therapy in New Zealand and began her career working in mental health - an area she is deeply passionate about and committed to continuing in.
She has experience supporting Adults and Older Adults with a range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, depression, cognitive decline and dementia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis. She is driven by a genuine passion for helping others and finds great meaning in supporting people to live to their full potential.

Hannah enjoys working in community-based settings, as it allows her to meet people in their own environments where they feel most safe, comfortable, and understood. Hannah values building a solid foundation of trust and rapport, believing that therapeutic relationships are key to achieving positive and lasting outcomes for the individual.

She has developed strong skills in anxiety management, behavioural activation, graded exposure, coping strategies, distress tolerance, and routine building. Hannah likes to focus on the individual's strengths and tailors each intervention to unique goals. Hannah has a friendly and warm approach when working with individuals and their families to help create a space where people feel heard and understood.

In her spare time Hannah enjoys being active, going on adventures outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends
