Miranda Gardner
Occupational Therapist

Miranda has been working as an Occupational Therapist since 2019, supporting adults in community settings. She is passionate about mental health occupational therapy and has extensive experience working with NDIS participants.
Miranda is passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients and people with complex mental health needs. She is committed to meeting people where they're at and working with them from a strengths-based approach, empowering clients to self-advocate. She loves getting to know people and discovering what's important to them - what brings them joy or what energises them - and working collaboratively to help them continue participating in their meaningful occupations.
Miranda draws from therapeutic frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and functional cognition approaches. Her clinical experience includes sensory assessment and intervention, helping clients develop coping strategies and adapt their environment for meaningful participation.
In her spare time, Miranda enjoys spending time in the garden, cooking, and learning new skills - currently learning woodworking and furniture making. She loves hosting dinner parties with close friends and travelling.
