Mental Health Occupational Therapy

Mental Health Occupational Therapists (OT) specialise in evaluating how mental health conditions affect an individual's ability to function in their daily life. They collaborate with clients to address the impact of mental health challenges on their participation in daily activities such as self-care, work, leisure, and social interactions. By employing evidence-based interventions and strategies, OTs empower clients to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals, thereby enhancing overall well-being and quality of life.

Individualised Therapy

We provide services designed to help individuals improve their ability to carry out meaningful activities in their daily lives. Our individualised therapy helps our clients to develop new skills and behaviours for better management of their mental health difficulties. Our team of experienced professionals are dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualised care to meet the needs of each client.

NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments

Our Mental Health OT service provides Functional Capacity Assessments to help eligible individuals determine their support needs for their NDIS goals. Our assessments are tailored to each individual's unique needs and delivered in a supportive and person-centred manner.

Home & Community

We can provide support to individuals in the comfort of their homes and within their communities, reducing the barrier of travel.

This also provides our clients the ability to apply skills in a functional way.

Professional Supervision

We understand that working as a mental health professional can be challenging. Clinical supervision offers a safe and constructive space for OTs to reflect on their caseload, enhance their clinical skills, and explore evidence-based interventions.
